Since I was introduced to it years ago, I’ve felt that the Five Dysfunctions of a Team is a must-read for leaders and managers. It provides a simple framework to recognize and resolve issues in the forming of high-performing teams.
Last night, the Vancouver Technology Leaders met to discuss the book. Erica Groschler, and organizational development expert joined us as facilitator. As always, Erica went above and beyond our expectations. Through her deep experience in organizational development and change management, she was able to lead the group to a deeper understanding of the Five Dysfunctions framework and how to apply it to their teams.
